| 01. |
Interested purchasers are required to apply in the prescribed application form with two (02) copies of photographs and the earnest/booking money. The forms can be collected from the office of the “Royal Home Ltd” or from any authorized sales agent. |

Plots are to be allotted according to he choice of the applicant/purchaser on the basis of “First come First serve”. |

| 03. |
The company will sign the deed with the applicant after the receipt of the full payment, in the case of one-time cash payment and after the receipt of the down payment in the case of installments. |

| 04. |
All payments shall be made by bank draft / pay order or cash in favour of the “Royal Homes Ltd”. |
| |
|
| 05. |
Purchaser, who resides in abroad, may make payments in foreign exchange of the equal amount by TT, DD or may contact the company’s foreign office in this connection. |

| 06. |
The purchaser must strictly adhere to the installment schedule to ensure timely delivery and development of the plot/s in question. |

| 07. |
After the receipt of the full payment and the completion of the company’s project development, plots will be delivered with due demarcation of the boundaries. Registration process will commence after the transfer. |

| 08. |
The purchaser shall bear all costs relating to the transfer i.e registration, VAT, documentation charge, stamp duty and all other related expenses. |

| 09. |
The purchaser shall not without the prior written consent of the company sell, transfer or mortgage the plot to any third party till the transfer of the registered deed. |

| 10. |
The main line connection of electricity, gas and sewerage will be established by the company with the active assistance of the relevant agencies. However connection of these utilities from the main line to the purchaser’s own plots shall have to be done by the purchaser on his/her own expenses. |

| 11. |
If the applicant decides to surrender the plot after paying the earnest/booking money, the company will refund the money after deduction of 10% of the booking money. If the allottee at any time after paying the booking money and installments, wants to cancel the allotment, a 15% documentation charge will be deducted from the total deposited amount of the plot in question, and the rest amount will be paid in ninety (90) days. In the other case, if the applicant desires to get back the full deposited amount, is fully entitled to get so but only after two (02) years. |

The company reserves the right to cancel any application of any purchaser at any time without showing any reason. |
